The modern architecture is humancentric and exudes unpretentious elegance, comfort and subtle luxury. The villa is built on 3 separate levels. It warrants discretion in all 5 bedrooms that spread across the 3 levels and inspires conviviality in the multiple common areas, decorated with original Art and furnished with pieces from owners’ private collection. All levels have direct access to the grounds due to the amphitheatrical construction and all interiors enjoy unlimited natural light, A/C and floor heating.

At the lower level, the property features a separate 2 rooms studio, with independence entrance from the main villa. The studio features a bedroom with a semi-double bed, bathroom with shower and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette. It has access to private outdoor dining table and chairs. The studio is ideal for support staff or tenants that wish to maintain their privacy during a large group stay and is rented at an additional cost, upon request only.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICIES 2023

If Cancellation is due to COVID RESTRICTIONS* we offer two options to choose from:
a/ Return of 70% accommodation balance & 100% Event fees
b/ Voucher for Accommodation only for next 18 months (except June, July, August, September 2023 upon availability)

A. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to check-in: Loss of 30% deposit for Accommodation
• Between 59 and 30 days prior to check-in: 80% loss of balance
• Cancellation up to 29 days prior check-in: 100% loss of balance
• In all above cases, Event Fees are 100% Refundable

B. COVID RELATED CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy reflects current situation. It can be updated based on new facts about the Pandemic , so it will be verified each time prior to a booking.

VOUCHER FOR FUTURE USE*
• If there is a proven COVID related reason, we provide a voucher.
• The voucher (for the amount paid) can be used in the next 18 months, excluding peak season (June, July, August, September 2024). Villa Terra Creta operates throughout the year.
• If there is an increase in the next year’s pricing the Clients will need to pay the difference based on the week of choice.
*Only eligible if the cancellations are proved to be related to the COVID RESTRICTIONS as described below:

* COVID RESTRICTIONS
1. The country of domicile of our Head Guests**, has issued a level 3 or higher warning to Greece – which means «do not travel»
2. Greece has been determined to be a Covid-19 (Coronavirus) risk, and as such, the destination will deny these guests entry.
3. The airlines have canceled flights from the main guest’s home country to our destination.
** Head Guests names and passport numbers need to be provided upon booking

Quarantine time prior/post travel in either country is not a reason to cancel the trip therefore COVID RELATED CANCELLATION POLICY is not eligible and STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY applies.
